This Week’s Training
Last week started off pretty well. I acquired a head and chest cold late in the week so scrapped the 15 mile run I was planning for Sunday and replaced it with an hour on the trainer. This week we’ll continue to build on the prior week by adding slightly more distance to the swims (including a 100 yard all-out benchmark effort), long-run, and trainer rides. Specifically, in store for this week we have:
