It is that time of year where we have less than a few days until Reach the Beach New Hampshire. This is a 200 mile running relay race with two vans and a maximum of six runners in each van. There are, however ultra teams with less than 12 runners. With the exception of camera gear, sleeping bag, and pillow, it should all fit in a standard duffel bag.
